– Arckanum: una traccia in anteprima –

Gli svedesi Arckanum rilasciano in anteprima un nuovo brano, intitolato “Du Grymme Smed”, che farà parte del nuovo full-length “Den Förstfödde” in uscita il prossimo 29 settembre per Folter Records.
Il nono album di Shamaatae, annunciato anche come l’ultimo a nome Arckanum, si comporrà di otto tracce per un totale di tre quarti d’ora abbondanti di musica.

“ARCKANUM are without a doubt one of the most important bands of the Swedish Black Metal scene. Shamaatae has been active with his solo project for 25 years now and has released eight studio albums as well as different Splits and EPs within this time frame. Particularly his early works with legendary titles such as „Fran Marder“ and „Kostogher“ belong to the cult and must-have albums of the scene. After the release of his last record „Fenris kindir“, it was silent around ARCKANUM for some years. 
But now, the Swede is back for one last time – with a full-length record instead of the originally planned EP. The new album is also the last stop on ARCKANUM’s journey. 
“Den Förstfödde” (“The Firstborn” in English) is devoted to Jörmungandr, the first son of Loki and Angrboða, whose giant power covers the earth. Lyrically, the entire work is written in Swedish. Musically, ARCKANUM shows himself dark, spiritual and magical again. The songs are invocations, prayers and magical formulas, and they are designed to enkindle the black flames of Thursian Powers within the followers of Rangarok.
The album was recorded and mastered by Peter Aps, who has also done the Mix alongside Shmaatae. As guest musicians “Den Förstfödde” features Set Teitan (Guitar solos in the songs “Likt Utgårds Himmel”, “Ofjättrad” and “Låt Fjalarr Gala” as well as in the choruses of “Likt Utgårds Himmel”, “Låt Fjalarr Gala” and “Du Grymme Smed”; Darby Laghe (Näverlur in ”Kittelns Beska”) and Ljuder Stefan Westberg (violin in in “Ginnmors Drott”).”

 

 

 

– Coldworld: il teaser di una nuova uscita –

I tedeschi Coldworld rendono disponibile a questo link il teaser di quella che sarà la loro prossima release, costituita da 3 tracce e intitolata “Wolves And Sheep”, in uscita il prossimo settembre.

– Enslaved: rilasciato un pezzo dal nuovo album –

I norvegesi Enslaved rilasciano un nuovo brano intitolato “Storm Son”, opener di quello che sarà il loro nuovo album “E” (Ehwaz) in uscita il prossimo 13 ottobre per Nuclear Blast Records.

– Gaahls Wyrd: annunciata una data in Italia con The Great Old Ones e Auðn –

I norvegesi Gaahls Wyrd annunciano il Vardøger European Tour 2017, che li vedrà protagonisti di una data in Italia insieme ai francesi The Great Old Ones e gli islandesi Auðn prevista per il prossimo 9 dicembre a Bologna presso l’Alchemica Music Club.

È stato annunciato che per l’occasione la band norvegese capitanata dal celebre frontman eseguirà anche nuovi pezzi inediti, accanto ai brani dell’era Trelldom, God Seed e Gorgoroth. Inoltre, verrà rilasciato un EP live per celebrare l’occasione del tour. Forniremo maggiori dettagli al riguardo non appena comunicati.

 

 

 

 

 

– Gravdal: uscito il nuovo disco –

I norvegesi Gravdal hanno rilasciato ufficialmente, questo 11 agosto, il nuovo e terzo full-length in carriera, intitolato “Kadaverin” ed edito dalla Soulseller Records.

I greci Kawir pubblicano una nuova traccia intitolata “Agamemnon”, estratta in anteprima dal nuovo e settimo full-length “Exilasmos” che verrà pubblicato nei prossimi mesi dalla Iron Bonehead Productions, a distanza di un anno dal precedente “Father Sun Mother Moon”.

– Lustre: i dettagli del nuovo full-length –

Gli svedesi Lustre rivelano tutti i dettagli di “Still Innocence”, nuovo e sesto album in carriera della band, in uscita il prossimo 3 novembre via Nordvis.

– Summoning: annunciata l’uscita di un nuovo disco –

Gli austriaci Summoning annunciano l’uscita del nuovo ed ottavo full-length via Napalm Records, prevista per il prossimo gennaio 2018, con il teaser sottostante.

Non sono al momento disponibili ulteriori dettagli sulla release, ma potete scoprire qualche anticipazione esclusiva donataci dal duo in occasione dell’intervista che abbiamo tenuto con loro lo scorso anno, disponibile a questo link.

Il progetto statunitense The Howling Void pubblica il lyric-video di “A Seed On Stone”, traccia anteprima estratta dal nuovo e sesto full-length “The Darkness at the Edge of Dawn”, che verrà pubblicato in autunno dalla Avantgarde Music, a distanza di un anno dal precedente “The Triumph of Ruin”.
